Privacy
Tlines measures its own audience without storing anyone's IP address. By default it uses a one-way daily digest; if you accept the analytics cookie, it also sets a random first-party visitor id for 180 days so returning readers can be counted across days. Page addresses are recorded without their query string, referrers without their path, and raw behavior records are deleted after 180 days, leaving daily totals. Behavioral data includes visible time, scroll depth, section attention and clicks on page elements; it never includes form values or keystrokes. Accepting the cookie lets us link your pre-sign-in reading to your account; declining keeps the cookieless aggregate and cannot be linked to an account. You can clear the cookie in your browser at any time.
