Iran nuclear body says cooperation protocol with Russia on small reactors in final stage

[IRNA] Behrouz Kamalvandi, spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran and its deputy head for international and legal affairs, said Iran is pursuing joint cooperation with Russia on building small modular reactors. According to IRNA, Kamalvandi said an agreement with the Russian side is in the process of being signed to accelerate the construction of this type of reactor.
