Iranian lawmaker Shariati calls for NPT withdrawal bill to be put on parliament agenda

[Mehr] Shariati, a Tehran representative in Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly (parliament), said a bill on withdrawing from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) has been under discussion in parliament for some time and called for it to be placed on the legislative agenda, according to Mehr News Agency.
