[IRNA] Following a meeting between senior commanders of the armed forces and Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, two members of Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly stressed the need to maintain maximum combat readiness, continuously monitor enemy movements and strengthen military capabilities and deterrence, IRNA reported. The two lawmakers said real-time monitoring of enemy movements and cross-border response are the focus of the new mission assigned by the Supreme Leader to the armed forces.
