Iran culture minister says national plan needed for knowledge offense, defense

[IRNA] Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Abbas Salehi said today's and future wars are knowledge-based in nature and that knowledge warfare has become a central axis of these shifts. According to IRNA, Salehi, referring to the preparation of a "National Plan for Knowledge Resilience," said a national program is needed in both knowledge offense and knowledge defense that would draw a roadmap for addressing the issue.
