[IRNA] Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran's deputy foreign minister for legal and international affairs, said diplomatic activity should adopt a proactive, results-oriented strategic approach and effectively use the capacities of international organizations, multilateral institutions and international law mechanisms to achieve national goals and interests, according to IRNA. He pointed to the complex evolution of the international system and threats to regional and international peace and security, and stressed that legal diplomacy must produce tangible results to safeguard national interests.
