Iran condemns UAE, Canada claims over three Iranian islands

[IRNA] Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baqaei strongly condemned claims by the United Arab Emirates and Canada regarding the three Iranian islands in a joint statement by the Abu Dhabi crown prince and the Canadian prime minister, IRNA reported. Baqaei stressed that Abu Musa, Greater Tunb and Lesser Tunb are an inseparable part of Iranian territory, and described the move as contrary to the principles of the UN Charter and international law.
