Iran's BRICS parliamentary delegation head: no country should be above the law

[Mehr] Ahmad Nadri, head of Iran's delegation to the 12th BRICS Parliamentary Forum, said on October 26 that international structures must be reformed and multilateral cooperation strengthened, according to Mehr. Nadri said the world order should be built on the rule of law and respect for the independence of nations, and that the collective will of peoples should take precedence over power and unilateral coercion. He also said no country should consider itself above the law.
