Study: Europe must curb critical minerals consumption, offers five recommendations

[Attaqa] Curbing consumption of critical minerals has grown in importance in Europe as their use accelerates and supply chains concentrate in a limited number of countries outside the continent, according to a recent study reviewed by the energy research unit. The study said Europe relies on a limited set of critical minerals suppliers, threatening its long-term energy independence and exposing it to global supply chain disruption risks. It offered five recommendations.
