Syria-Turkey power link moves to technical arrangements ahead of 500 MW launch

[Attaqa] The Syria-Turkey electricity interconnection project has moved into the technical arrangements needed to begin operation after rehabilitation work on a main power transmission line between the two countries was completed, according to Attaqa. The project targets a capacity of 500 megawatts. Attaqa said the development is part of efforts to strengthen electricity supplies to Syria, with work continuing.
