TPG eyes UK data center firm Ark at possible $5bn valuation - report

[DCD] Private equity firm TPG is weighing a deal for UK data center operator Ark that could value the company at $5 billion, according to a Data Center Dynamics report. The report did not disclose deal structure, timing or other bidders. Neither TPG nor Ark has publicly commented on the report.
