Saudi Arabia's Adis doubles capital to SAR2.26bn, shares rise 2%

[Attaqa] Saudi Arabia's Adis Holding said it has doubled its capital to SAR2.26 billion ($602 million) after its extraordinary general assembly approved the increase, according to a statement seen by the Attaqa energy platform. Adis, one of the world's leading oil and gas field services companies, said the move is aimed at supporting its growth and expansion plans domestically and internationally. The company's shares rose 2% following the announcement.
