PTTEP, Eni set up joint entity to pool stakes in Abu Dhabi's Ghasha gas project

[Attaqa] Thailand's PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP) and Italy's Eni have established a new joint entity to manage their combined stakes in Abu Dhabi's large offshore Ghasha concession, according to Attaqa. The concession is described as the world's largest offshore sour gas project. According to the report, the move supports ongoing efforts to start production. The report did not disclose the ownership split, domicile or specific functions of the new entity.
