Norway's DOF Wins Africa Deepwater Oil and Gas Contract for 18-Year-Old Skandi Acergy

[Attaqa] Norway's DOF group said its vessel Skandi Acergy has won a contract for deepwater oil and gas exploration in Africa, according to an update obtained by energy platform Attaqa. The vessel is an 18-year-old offshore support and construction ship, and DOF said work is set to begin in early 2027. According to the report, the company did not clearly disclose further details of the contract.
