US broadband provider RiverStreet files for Chapter 11, signs asset purchase agreement with Oaktree Capital Management

[DCD] US broadband provider RiverStreet has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and entered into an asset purchase agreement with Oaktree Capital Management, according to Data Center Dynamics. The deal will transition ownership of the company to Oaktree Capital Management, the report said. No financial terms or other details of the agreement were disclosed.
