Iran has received Vance letter to Rezaei but has not yet replied, Mehr says

[Mehr] US Vice President JD Vance has written a letter to Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, according to Mehr News Agency. Iran has received the letter but has not yet responded to it, the report said.
