Masdar weighs up to NZ$1bn New Zealand renewable investment

[Attaqa] UAE clean-energy firm Masdar, also known as Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, is studying renewable energy investments in New Zealand worth up to NZ$1 billion (about $562 million), according to Attaqa. The company said the move is aimed at entering new markets and expanding its global portfolio, supporting its target of 100 gigawatts of clean power capacity by 2030.
