Rubio Accuses Ukraine of Striking Black Sea Vessels Carrying US Company Oil, Urges Zelensky to End War

US Secretary of State Rubio, in a Breitbart interview aired on Sunday, accused Ukraine of striking vessels in the Black Sea carrying US energy products and urged Zelensky to focus his efforts on ending the war. It is reported that a US company complained directly to the State Department that vessels carrying its oil were struck by Ukraine; Rubio also said he does not believe the Ukrainian side deliberately targeted these vessels. Rubio, responding to reporters in Uzbekistan on Monday to Zelensky's claim that the US had paused early-warning intelligence, stressed that the US has "not paused" intelligence sharing with Ukraine. All the above quotations are based on the New York Post's paraphrased report of the interview.
