Ukrainian President Zelensky said on Monday that Ukraine once again received no missile warning from its allies before the Russian overnight attack. He said Russian forces fired 16 ballistic missiles at Kyiv and its surroundings and deployed more than 200 drones, damaging more than 10 energy facilities and cutting power to 550,000 households. U.S. Secretary of State Rubio denied on the same day that intelligence sharing with Ukraine had been suspended, saying it "was never interrupted," and called on Zelensky to "focus on" ending the war. Trump said on social media on Sunday that negotiations had made "major progress," while accusing Zelensky of "not wanting to end the war"; Zelensky responded on Monday that Ukraine welcomes every attempt to end the war honorably.
