FuriosaAI raises $620m at post-money valuation of about $2.9bn

[DCD] South Korean chip startup FuriosaAI has raised $620 million at a post-money valuation of approximately $2.9 billion, according to Data Center Dynamics. The company said the funds will help accelerate development of its third-generation AI inference chip.
