Fujairah Ruler meets Novatek chairman, stresses stronger UAE-Russia energy and services cooperation

[WAM] H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, received Leonid Mikhelson, Chairman of Russian company Novatek, and his accompanying delegation at Al Rumailah Palace on 1 November 2026. According to WAM, the two sides discussed a number of development projects in Fujairah, and Sheikh Hamad emphasised the importance of strengthening UAE-Russia cooperation in the energy and services sectors.
