EMDAD rebrands as NMDC Emdad after NMDC Group acquisition

[WAM] EMDAD, an integrated service provider for the energy, utilities and industrial sectors, said on 30 October 2026 that it has officially rebranded as NMDC Emdad, according to WAM. The rebranding follows EMDAD's acquisition by NMDC Group through NMDC LTS, fully integrating its established heritage into the group's broader ecosystem, WAM reported.
