Reuters reported that a Russian drone attacked a park in a village in Ukraine's northeastern Kharkiv region on the 19th, killing 6 people, including 3 children, and injuring 15 others. At the time of the attack, multiple families were in the park playing with their children. Kharkiv region governor Oleh Syniehubov released the casualty figures on Telegram; Ukrainian Interior Minister Ivan Vyhivskyi released a blurred photo showing the bodies of children in a stroller. Zelensky said the photo reveals "the truth of this war," and called for the protection of life and demanded air defense support. Separately, according to CNN, the Kremlin said the same day that "no specific proposals or agreements" had been discussed regarding the proposed summit — neither the meeting itself nor its agenda.
