Attaqa report: Iraq, Saudi Arabia dominate October 2026's biggest oil deals

[Attaqa] The biggest oil deals of October 2026 showed varied activity across crude markets, ranging from purchases of Iraqi cargoes and expanded oil marketing to mergers in the Kurdistan region, Saudi supply storage agreements and new investments in African infrastructure, according to a monthly report by energy platform Attaqa. The deals were spread among global oil trading companies, the report said.
