UAE Space Agency says Asteroid Belt mission on track for Q1 2028 launch

[WAM] The UAE Space Agency said the Emirates Mission to the Asteroid Belt (EMA) remains on track for launch in the first quarter of 2028. According to the agency, the mission is a long-term strategic investment in the UAE's space sector, aimed at developing national talent, strengthening space industries and creating new economic opportunities. Mohsen Al Awadhi, Director of the Space Missions Department, commented on the programme.
